Printer won't work at all

I have a financial program that print in dos and the print is all over the page. I believe the problem is the setting for dos setting on this program. can you help

that means that the heads must be replaced or the ink pump is faulty. It is not even worth the repair.
Call the Ebay seller and have your money refunded.

Just in case those dont work here is the process for finding the drivers you need:

1. Go to www.epson.com
2. click on USA
3. In the search box in the upper right corner type c86 into the search box.
4. Look at the list of resultsgiven and select the one that says "Drivers"

Since there has been no interaction for a lot of months, I think we can call this one "Poster Solution"

You have to check if the waste pad of the printer is full. If this occurs, you have to call a technician to replace it (or yourself can do , if you are able to). With the waste pad replaced, you can reset the internal counter with this program :

This program can show you if the waste pad is full, or what problem is happening.

I'm not sure what to tell you. But for solutions try epson.com/support or call the support center at 562-276-1300. They've been very helpful and patient with me.

I hate Epson. Had problems with Stylus C82 and now my replacement Stylus C86 has given me nothing but trouble.
I've just replaced all four ink cartridges and now when I print I'm only getting blank pages. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and nothing is working. I even called Epson, twice, only to be routed to the Phillipines where neither person was very helpful, in fact, had a hard time understanding their English. So this is what I;m going to do. I'm taking this bloody Stylus C86 outside and smash it with a hammer..then I'm going to buy a HR Printer...and if anybody from Epson reads this...good luck...your products SUCK!!
