I have an HP Officejet 7410 All-In-One, connected to a Mac Desktop. When I try to scan a multiple page documents, such as a monthly sales report, it saves each page as a separate document which I cannot them combine into a single document. Any suggestions?
The pages you scan in are each individual "pictures" which are very different than the text in the everyday word processing file. What you can do is to make a new word processing document and insert each of the scanned pictures into this new document in order. This will allow you to print all the pages in one job by printing the word processing document. As far as I know there is no way to scan all of the pages into one single file.
