Unlocking software without purchasing a license is illegal. It's called piracy. If you purchased the item legally go to the website of the game manufacturer for help. Usually registration info is entered in a menu often under "About" or a sub menu called "Registration" or on the main game splash screen. Some times you can't unlock a demo but rather have to download the FULL version from software company in question.
