Re: Fabric Softner Drawer
Usual cause is old conditioner blocking the siphon (built into the drawer) which is there to suck the stuff out.
Try taking the drawer right out, and giving it a thorough wash in very hot water.
The siphon is often made in two parts - if you can get the top off, then do so, giving the inside of the cap and the tube which goes through the bottom of the drawer a good wash too.

This is usually because the fabric softner draw is prone to colgging due to a build up of gunk in the holes that drain the softner into the machine at the appropriate time. Remove the drawert (There is usually a thumb press release at the back of the drawer you will see if you pull it out as far as you can.
After removal, wash the drawer all over (paying particular attention to the bottom of the drawer). If you have a garden hose, take the drawer outside after you have cleaned it and turn the hose on, full belt, and blast out all the waterways in the drawer to make sure they are clear. Refit the drawer and this should sort out the problem
Pull the drawer out as far as it will come and then grasping it firmly, give it a good tug towards you, this will free the drawer to enable you to thoroughly clean every piece of it, particularly the conditioner parts of it.
Get a piece of wire with a bend on the end, and poke it in to all the holes in the top of the dispenser compartment, this will clera any blockages there.
Plz rate my solution, and feel free to leave any comment.
hi there are you using concentrated softner if so water is down as some softners are to thick to go through the dispenser also give the whole drawer a soak in hot soapy water incase there are any blockages.
I think you have something stuck in the fill hose.. Remove the top two or three screws in the back.. then pull out the hose that goes to the tub. I bet you will have something in there.. most common is the inside liner to a bleach cap..let me knowif this it it... krazytech
