Question about Acer Aspire 3502WLCi Notebook
It's a common problem because the signal can get bounced off surfaces and not get to your notebook directly. The reason why you can get neighbours is because most phone sockets are near a window, hence the router is picked up quite easily by your Acer laptop as it has a Signal Up built into the antenna in your screen and because the signal is only going throgh mainly glass and air it tends to pick up more connections than some other laptops. it also makes a big difference if your router has more than one antenna and a long range capability in the settings.
