There is a small tube type 2.5 amp fuse that may have blown out...it is not to be used for anything else than a small charger like for a cell phone, pda, etc.

It could be because their is a loose wire and a loose wiring connection inside of the hair dryer that has it turn off whenever you switch sides. You should buy a new hair dryer if it keeps on turning off like that. It could be an issue with the electrical pieces to the hair dryer are no longer working anymore.
Could be you accidently disconnected something with the vacuum head/end?
DISCONNECT AC then reopen to check for LOOSE WIRES and/or connectors not joined ~ not fully connected/joined or perhaps a wire is loose at it's mating connecting pin?
Gee, iIf anything a CLEANER dryer should run FASTER ~ just kidding.
I had a similar problem with my Pride Legend XL when I drove it
through a puddle accidently and some water splashed up underneath
the motor controller. It would buck or go then stoo without any warning
as the electric brake was applied. Had to take the seat off and use a
hair dryer on the controller connections to dry them out. It doesn't
seem to take much water to make these inoperative. After thoroughly
dried out with a hair dryer..no more problems like that with it.

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heatingthe most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glowssometimes it is still not working properly.
if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip....
If you have an electric dryer, you can have many differentthings that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.

See if the circuit breaker connected to the Dryer line is off or if it is a fuse, if it is blown. There also may be a separte switch on the line near your dryer outlet. Follow the wiring back to your circuit breaker. Do not touch any wiring unless it is shut off at the main.
Unplug the dryer, wait an hour and replug. Turn on the power button. If that doesn't work press and hold the power button.
Idk if this will work but try putting it infront of a hair dryer. DO NOT put it very close to the dryer, put it at a distance but not to far away. After words put it on the charger. Remember take everything out of the phone....INCLUDING THE SIM CARD if you have one.
Remove the top cover and take a hair-dryer to the PC boards on the back of the main control panel.. (3 screws take the top cover off from the back) Mine has done it a total of 5 times now.. what it needs is all new buttons installed.. or a new control panel if this works..
