The dvd player was fine on friday.Saturday we went to use a DVD and it keeps saying error and the door keeps opening and closing.When we get the door to stay closed it keeps clicking then says error.Every disc number keeps saying error.Tried to use a disc cleaner and it did the same thing.Help. The one that we purchaced also has surround sound.If we need to replace the DVD player which one do we buy so we can still use the surround sound? Thanks Peg

The belt is broken for the carocel (the disc can not change) it is plobabely stuck b/tween discs therefore it keeps opening and closing saying error . eventually it turns off. can be fixed with a small elastic goody hair tie w/o metal clasp
