If I remember correctly, when you insert an SD card, it "hides" the camera's internal memory. There should be an camera option for copying the files from the internal memory onto the inserted SD card. If not, you could try connecting the camera to your computer with the SD card removed, in order to access the files in the internal memory.

How to transfer internal memory pictures on a DSCW70

Unlike most brands/ models of cameras, the Sony CyberShot (DSC) cameras feature internal memories, (not enough to hold sufficient data). If you took a few shots before inserting the memory card, the pictures are stored in the internal memory. You can transfer/ delete those pictures by the following steps.
1. switch off the camera,
2 open the battery/ SD card slot cover and remove the SD card.
3. close the cover and switch on
4. press the display/ preview button and your picture should be visible on the screen.

You can now do whatever you want with your picture.

Internal memory full

Internal memory is full after you shot only a few pictures Actualy you only have 11 Megabyte free for pictures. If you want to make more pictures, you have to insert a SD memory card. Make sure you buy a SD and not a SDHC or SDXC card, because nothing in the manual says your camera is compatible with these bigger cards.
If you happen to have a SDHC card you are free to try if it works, but don't buy one unless you are sure it works.

I took the memory card with all my photos to a shop to have them printed. The machine said the card was empty. I returned home and put the card back in, and a blank screen appeared. My sister has the same...

You may have a defective SD card. Have you tried to put your sisters SD card into your camera? Most cameras have internal storage. Do the cameras work with the SD card removed? Most **** stores sell storage cards. a new card may solve your problem.

I just got the sandisk 2gb micro sd memory card and i was putting it in my computer after i put it in my computer nothing happened am i doing something wrong or is there something i got to download...

The most common possible issue may be that you don't have the necessary drivers for the built in card reader (I'm assuming the card reader is internal ). If this is the case, simply go to your manufacturer's (of the computer)drivers and support page, find the model of your computer, and download the appropriate drivers for the card reader, and this should resolve the issue.

Also, try the SD card in another computer or camera and verify that it in fact does work, if it fails, return it to the store for another one (hope you kept the receipt ;))

DMC-zs10 records on internal memory - not on SD card

Hello bro..
Do you check your SD card? It is work ?
My solution:
1. Off Lumix camera.Until LCD was off. Press center of card to remove it.
2. Use card reader to connect your SD card to pc/netbook/laptop..
3. Check full capacity for SD card, it is empty(zero) or have it their mount.
4. If empty (full, used, free is zero) ,try reinsert card again and don' t touch the terminal.
5. If still empty, that mean, your SD card was corrupted.
6. If not empty, backup all data in SD card.
7. Format the SD card using FAT32.
8. Checking Disk.
9.Insert back to camera, and format SD card using camera menu.
10. Take picture. and see if save on SD card or not. comment back here. if succes or not.
11. Don't use any battery except original from panasonic. It will affected to product.
12. Don't remove battery or card before lcd was off light.

Internal memory is full

  • Don’t miss a shot if your memory card becomes full—switch to in-camera memory quickly, thanks to the internal memory plus feature
  • 16 MB internal memory[1]and SD/SDHC card compatibility lets you start shooting right out of the box
  • or
  • Connect your camera to your PC !!
  • Either you can go to ebay and buy youre self a usb lead that slots in to the camera on the right hand side, the other end slots into a usb on the tower, and you can then transfer youre data (pictures, movies)to youre computer, enabling you to delete all youre data from youre memory.Leaving you a empty internal memory.

My FujiFilm Finepix JV100 isn't recording the amount of time it's suppose to. It's on HD mode and it stops around 40 seconds of recording. I tried the other options and they work just fine. Thank you for...

Hello,
You only use the internal memory (24MB). Internal memory only records 41sec. Please check the settings. If HD records are recorded to internal memory.

Genius G-Shot HD55 (camera) - How to get SD card working??

For Genius G-Shot HD55 you need to insert the SDHC card deeper into the slot until it clicks closed, like opening a pen, then when you want to remove it press it again until it clicks to release, like closing a pen. Your card is recognised after the deep click insertion and restarting the camera.
