Question about Toshiba Satellite M35-S320 Notebook
This is probably a power circuit failure (inside the laptop) It will need, in this case, to replace some components on the mainboard. Or the laptop can't send the "power on" signal properly to the charge circuitry due to a short circuit/open circuit in the way of this connector. Either of those are pretty bad things, they need to be solved by a service center. Sorry for I can't assist you in a more usefull way.
