Is there any power indicator? if none,look for the power supply board replaced blown fuse. if the fuse is blown with darkened color that was mean their is a shorted component parts in the PSU or in the main board.usually rectifier diode and regulator ic.hope this can help just let me know if you need further solution.

Mp95 wont turn on. The battery pack wont charge and player also wont turn on while power source is hooked directly up to dvd player without battery pack. Please help?!?!

The battery it is dead,even u plug the dvd player power in directly into the power source.Must have the battery inside and the must have some juiced left before for the dvd player to work.Tries websites like Partstore.com,Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a new battery or a compatible one.

Hi i have a RH277H LG hdd/dvd recorder that the dvd door wont stay shut and wont play movies on disc because the door keeps opening.....ihave tryed turning it off and holding door shut but it still stays...

Powers on wont post but dvd rom

Eject any disk from the DVD device.
Turn the computer off.
Disconnect the "data" and/or the "power" connectors from the DVD-ROM.
Turn the computer on, and see if it starts when the DVD-ROM is not part of your system.
If it starts, then your DVD-ROM needs to be replaced.

Wont turn off

Acually there is a setting by which you can activate " Auto Power Off" in your DVD player. You can make that setting and it will be automatically off after DVD finishes.
