The convergence of your tv is defective try to replace it. You will find the convergence chip inside your tv, try to open the back cover of your tv but be sure to unplug the tv first. Try to look the large aluminum plate it is the heat sink, your convergence chip is attached to that heat sink it has a marking of stk-*** followed by a number you should remove it from the pcb using a soldering iron, and soldering pump but be very careful you might damage the pcb and may caused another fault to your unit. Using your original remote go-to the settings menu then goto the convergence section.

Try to adjust the red and then the blue convergence.

You should be able to move RED and BLUE in all directions - up, down, left, and right. And you should be able to get the grid straight.

If you can't move them in all directions or cant move them far enough your convergence chips are bad and should be replaced. This is a common problem.
