Der DVBT-101 wurde ursprünglich für Windows Vista entwickelt und ist im Zusammenhang mit der Software TV-Jukebox 3.0 oder 3.1 nur unter diesem Betriebssystem lauffähig. Es gibt inzwischen die Version 3.5, diese allerdings ist nur für den Betrieb von DVBT High Definition Sticks ausgelegt und ist nicht mit unseren Installationscodes kompatibel. Bei Windows 7 ist standardmäßig das Windows Media Center vorinstalliert, dies verfügt über einen Punk "TV" über den der DVBT-101 problemlos betrieben werden kann.
