Question about Samsung NV20 Digital Camera
I have bought a Samsung NV20 digital camera recently. The picture quality and video picture quality is great. However when I film music videos at gigs it cannot seem to cope with the volume of the music. It sounds all distorted. I have gone into the settings menu and turned the input volume down to low but this has not made any difference. Is there anyway you can help? Many thanks
I contacted Samsung today regarding the same problem. Their recommended solution was to download VLC Media Player for Windows from http://www.videolan.org/My which I did.
My default security settings on Vista did not at all like this site. I had to navigate through about 10 different warning messages. However, it did install easily, seems safe thus far and it does playback the videos with sound.

SOURCE: Uploading videos with sound
When downloading video files to PC, the Software CD needs to be installed first to the PC because a video file is requiring some CODES that are contained in the Software.
But the software to be installed needs to be compatible with your PC's operating system like Windows XP, 98, etc...
Usually, the OS wherein the disc is compatible with is written on the disc itself.
For MAC and Windows Vista users, the disc may not be compatible with your PC, but you could try using any applications that you may have with your OS to play the videos.
If it still does not work, you may download freely a movie player that will work for all OS through videolan.org
