All of a sudden, I seem to get a message saying spamwasher has encountered a problem and my mail doesn't go into spamwasher. First it was a time-out problem. I increased the time in "Tools" but now I just get an error message and no mail.
Please email me back at the office as I can't get email through my home address. (office address is [email protected])
Thank yu.

As with most software problems, I would head to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs and see if here is a "change" there that will allow you to repair. Has anything else changed on the PC recently such as another software install? Is your internet connection working? Any idea on what it was timing out on? that might be a clue.

"Q: My Norstar Startalk, Flashtalk, or voice mail says my mailbox is not accepting any more messages. I deleted all my messages, but callers still cannot leave a message. Why? A: Check with your voice mail administrator. Chances are another Mailbox on the system used up all the message storage space. Usually it's the general delivery mailbox that hasn't been checked for messages on a regular basis." Frequently Asked Questions
Hi, follow the steps below. Don't change any of your settings since they
already work, but when you get to step 7 this is where you check
whether or not you want to remove the emails from the sever.
Open Outlook 2003 then:
Click Tools ' E-mail Accounts.
Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
Select POP3, then click Next.
Enter the following information:
User Information
Your Name: Type your name as you'd like it to appear when you send an email message.
E-mail Address: Type your Yahoo! Mail Plus email address (for example, [email protected]).
Server Information
Incoming mail server (POP3): Type pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Type smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Login Information
User Name: Type your Yahoo! ID (your email address without the "@yahoo.com").
Password: Type your Yahoo! password.
Check the Remember password checkbox if you don't want Outlook to prompt you for your password each time you check your mail.
Do notcheck the Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) checkbox.
Click the More Settings button. The Internet E-mail Settings dialog box appears.
Select the Outgoing Server tab:
Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.
Make sure that Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected.
Select the Advanced tab:
Under "Incoming server (POP3)," check the This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) checkbox. The number in the "Incoming server (POP3)" field usually changes automatically from 110 to 995. If it doesn't, type 995.
In the Outgoing server (SMTP) field, type 465. Under it, check the This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) checkbox.
If you want to save your Yahoo! Mail messages on both the Yahoo! Mail server and on your computer, check the Leave a copy of messages on the server
checkbox. If you want your messages to be deleted from the Yahoo!
server once Outlook has downloaded them onto your computer, leave the
box unchecked.
Note: After your messages are deleted from the server, we cannot retrieve them.
Click OK to close the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box.
Hi there,
I've also encountered this issue, please try to clear cookies and cache then try to relaunch the Yahoo Messenger. If it still doesn't work please take note of the error message. Usually you'll get information of what the problem is though the error message.
Good luck!
Dear Friend, Suspension pretty much means you are finished with that Yahoo account although you can continue to use the email address. You can appeal but that is rarely successful, You might be best to forget it and start over again with a new account.Yahoo doesn\'t play favorites, it doesn\'t matter if you have been a member for day, a week,a month or years or are a top contributor the same rules apply to everyone. It also doesn\'t seem to matter the number of violations but more the severity or perceived severity of the violations. Yahoo takes a dim view of SPAM, bigotry, ****, insulting other members, racism, anything that even borders on illegal such as drugs even soft drugs, downloading movies, music programs etc. or links to that kind of stuff Any of that can mean a speedy exit. It is also a serious violation to have more than one Yahoo account. It is considered to be cheating and If you do you could be suspended. Anyway you have an Option of Appeal
I beleive the problem is with "Flash Player", try uninstalling and then re-installing. If that doesn't work, you can switch to a different browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome.
Hi, Most likely there is a email with a virus in one of
your outlook express folders. Download a 30 day trial of Kaspersky internet security and run a full scan on
your computer. Alternatively, you could try creating a new Identity
in outlook express, only problem is you wont be able to access your old emails.
But you can always switch back and forth. To do this Click on File – Identities
– Manage Identities. Here you can create a new one and configure your email
settings. Though this may work, this may only be a temporary solution. Hope this helps. Please rate your feedback! Thanks, VJ
your incoming server should be set to mail.comcast.net - not localhost and not Rich (outgoing server should be set to smtp.comcast.net) - this according to comcast.net website.
