The minute circle is stuck at 2 minutes, while the second is centered at 12 and hour is centered at 12 also. How do I reset the minute hand to centered at 30 also. Both the hour circle and the minute circle should be at parallel to the second hand. Please advise.
Pull out the crown one click and press the bottom chronograph button. If That does not work you will have to send it in for service to cartier.

same problem here except minute hand only resets to about 6 minutes (6 notches to the right of the center 30)
