Question about SanDisk Sansa e140 MP3 Player
Has anyone come up with a good method to sync music to this player without ending up with duplicates across the two storage devices (internal memory and external SD card)? I use Windows Media Player, and the internal and external memory show up as two separate devices. So, if I use any of the Sync features, I end up sending some of the same files to the two devices. I have found a workaround by making some auto-playlists segregated by song length, but that's kind of awkward. A previous player I owned, from RIO, came with software that recognized the internal and external memory as a single "logical" device. But, Rio's music management software only works with their players. Has anyone found this type of feature in any music management software which works with the Sansa? Or, some other way to do this?
Hi try to go MY COMPUTER then go in the the drive check the folder it should have the micro sD folder from there you can just take the song and put them in the folder you want this is the other way i know how to put music in hope it helps.

SOURCE: Sync to player and memory card without duplicates
I got this from:http://www.livedigitally.com/2005/06/27/sandisk-sansa-e130-the-micro-version-of-the-ipod-mini/ Create two playlists with names such as 1. SANSA Internal and 2. SANSA 2GB (assuming your SD card is 2gb). Load songs into each playlist. Edit the sync properties for each drive to only sycn to those playlists. Sync!
