Must be a corruption on the active directory, you are installing a new relationship when you put them in a workgroup, check the updates between the active directory servers.

Start, Run "services.msc"

Right click on Active Directory Domain Service, Left on Start.

If Started then Smile. If Not Started then Read Error Message.

You need to change the base DN to match your active directory domain.
So, if your active directory DNS domain is: example.com then your DN would be: dc=example,dc=com

you just try to remove as force.

go to run, after this type " dcpromo /forceremoval ".

it will do this for you, if any issue on active directory or ad database.

you can do this command in normal or safe mode.

In a DC, in the Items to backup window, expand Mycomputer and you can see System state. select that and proceed. It will take the Active Directory data.
