Question about Logitech Optical Keyboard & mouse (967283-0120)
I have been experiencing some jumping when the keyboard & mouse decided not to work at the same time. Had to manually sinc the Keyboard & then the mouse, both would work, but not at the same time. AFter 20 minutes, the problem seemd to have resolved itself, but there is still some jumping going on Help. Frustrated in Upstate NY
Can you find any different mice and keyboards and test different combinations?
Jumping sounds like loose connectors, dirt in the mouse optics or particles in the keys...

The screws are located under the mouse feet. However, doing this will void the warranty on your mouse.
