good morning! to set your watch is you need to press the adjust button up to three second after blinking the digit on you watch press the mode button to select the digit that you want to change, to change the digit use the two button on the right side of your watch,after setting press the adjust button once and your watch is gona be normal,thank you ! god bless !.
Have you tried looking up the instructions on line? Sometimes you have to hold down the buttons for a few seconds (up to 5). Do you see any wording around the edging like "mode" , "adjust" sometimes they are hard to see. Try this and if you still have problems PLEASE let me know I will research this further for you.
Love my watch, Was placing it on wrist, time correct, pressed button to test pulse and everything went blank. Pressed reset button, with no effect. It has a high pitched whine when placed at ear.
Does this mean I need a new battery, and where is that done, so I don't mess it up.
Appreciate any help as I don't have the instruction book either,
