first of all remove the power cable and rmove the usb connection or parallal connection from the pc. Then conneted the power and usb cable. you need to open the case to remove the printer cartise. and add the cartise. Start your pc. give print command.
Hi, i read wat u all complained above n i'm moved, but if u use win xp with service pack 2 and u are connected to the internet, then u don't need the driver CD again. as long as xp is able to detect the new hardware connected, it will only take time for it install and copy all the files. i bought the same printer 1st week of june n i did not use the driver at all.xp did it all for me... for more help u can contact me.
