Anycom PM-400 does not recognise HP LJ 9040n

The default pairing key is usually 0000 (4 Zeros) if not try 1234, or 1111, or 9999

Try 0000 (4 Zeros) or 1234 or 1111 or 9999

This is a work around as I have the same problem. If I change the default printer to something other then the HP printer, then select Page Setup, I can then select the HP without the program erroring out. You can even set the HP back to default and TValue will continue to work fine until you restart the computer.

then find the printer in setup .
ifu not find.
then check printer ipadrses.
and set subnet mask and gate way both are same in computer and network printer.

You might be low on toner.

well..those are only usually available to the HP certified field folk...

u have to do this
1.plge in ur usb printer cable on usb port
2.do not on ur printer
3 put ur printer cd in ur cd rom drive
4install ur printer software
5 in between the installtion ask to u power on ur printer then u have to on ur printer
5 completing the printer installtion

try to print
& thnx uing fixya

Try connecting this printer to a different network wall point in the building. If still no change then move back to original wall point and try changing the connection at the Switch end in the comms room.

If still having problems then try pinging the printer to see if it gives time out or execessively high pings. Got a PC on the network and in windows open a "command" prompt and type ping -t XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX where the address of the printer should be place of the x's.

If linux open a console and type the same thing ping -t XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.

ok man in system how many printer are installed if u have two printer intalled u have to set ur laser pariner as a defolt printer then after try to print in your network ur laser printer is a defolt printer so try it

Replace toner cartridge drum is scratched

(Possibly by staple going threw machine if that what each of the five marks look like, all those removed staples always seem to end up in printers)

 

You can pull it out (I think right top cover opens and cartridge pulls up and to the right)  then .. turn it over and gently pull back cover see drum has same marks as you see on paper, you can gently rotate drum by using gear on edge do not force it only turns easy one way, Do not touch drum surface very delicate and sensitive.
