I can not enter a number or get a number from address book, then hit the GREEN send button to make a call out. Nor can I adjust the ringer volume. I can call out say when I receive a voice mail and I have the option to select "call or exit". So the phone will call out and receive calls. I have made sure all is unlocked. The problem appears to be an issue with the Green send button and ringer adjustments. I turned the phone off then boarded a flight. After flight I powered up and the problem began. Hope you can help. Hmmm, look like you need a PDS repair. Let me know what software you have on your phone b4 i carry on. To find out your software press *#powerkey at the same time. tell what info you see on your moto screen
