Ink pump motor may be not working first you need check your cp is original.. After that remove drum unit disabled the unit and clean ink detection sensor and ink pump motor

Once in service mode (CLEAR MODES KEY, 107, HOLD CLEAR STOP KEY) enter sp 2902-003, enter test pattern#16 and press start. press copy window and select paper size, press start key twice to start test print. press sp mode to return to sp mode display. Hope this helps

Although the software resetter for the Canon Pixma MPC190 printers has available on the internet but before using the software you must reset the printer manually. But manual reset can not reset the counter printer permanent, to reset counter permanent require software resetter such MPTool or Serive tool software. Reset for Canon Pixma MPC190 Printers Enter the service mode SERVICE MODE - pressing buttons Menu, Copy, Scan, Copy, Copy Choose TEST MODE. Select 8 PRINTER TEST TEST MODE. Choose 3, EEPROM CLEAR Select 0, INK COUNT Press the Set button. Click Stop / Reset button (return to item 3), and again press the ON / OFF Good Luck

It is not recommend you try to fix it yourself, you can try to manually reset the error code, but if the waste ink is really nearly full and you reset it, it could damage the printer pretty severely. Here are manual reset instructions for a similar model printer, it should work on the F60 if the buttons are the same:

1) Enter Service mode by pressing: menu-copy-#
2) select: Test Mode
3) select [8] printer test in test mode
4) select 3 [eeprom clear]
5) select 0 [ink count]
6) press the [stop/reset] key (returning to the state of 3), and press the [on/off] key


If that doesn't work try this one:

1) Enter service mode by pressing MENU,COPY,SCAN,COPY,COPY
2) Select TEST MODE
3) Select (8) PRINTER TEST in TEST MODE
4) Select 3 (EEPROM CLEAR)
5) Select 0 (INK COUNT)
6) Press the SET key
7) Press the (Stop/Reset) key, returns to the state of 3, then press the ON/OFF key

Manual Reset for Canon Pixma MPC190 Printers

1. Enter the service mode SERVICE MODE – pressing buttons Menu, Copy, Scan, Copy, Copy
2. Choose TEST MODE.
3. Select 8 PRINTER TEST TEST MODE.
4. Choose 3, EEPROM CLEAR
5. Select 0, INK COUNT
6. Press the Set button.
7. Click Stop / Reset button (return to item 3), and again press the ON / OFF

This is a cutter error. Check the following.

Master cut error occurred
Cutter switch
Cutter motor
Cutter drive mechanism

Open the side the master is loaded. Check that the cutter is in the home possition and that there is no used master stuck in the machine. Check the motor by entering sp mode

Function clear "107" press and hold C/clear

"131" #

"23" Start key

will return cutter to home position.

Press funtion clear to exit.

If the motor is not running you will have to replace it.

1 - Turn on the printer
2 - press MENù SCAN COPY SCAN (it will enter in service mode)
3 - select TEST MODE
4 - Select PRINTER TEST in TEST MODE
5 - Select EPROOM CLEAR
6 - Select INK COUNT
7 - Press OK
8 - Press the STOP/RESET key and then press the ON/OFF key
9 - Change the waste ink absorber in the printer

I do not have the reset codes for the MP150, however the reset codes for the MP190 are below and they may be the same .. Please note that this reset procedure may not work for you and it is possible it can render your printer unusable. Good luck...

3) Select [8] PRINTER TEST in TEST MODE.
4) Select 3. [EEPROM CLEAR].
5) Select 0. [INK COUNT].
6) Press the [Set] key.
7) Press the [Stop/Reset] key (returning to the state of 3)), and then press the [ON/OFF] key.
