Download videos I can't download videos from my camera which is a Kodak EasyShare C613 to my laptop which is a Toshiba, when I go into the video after everything has been downloaded it will show an error with the number 1856. Please help as I used to beable to download and know it also is making my old videos not work. Penny

You can record a sound or video using your camera, unfortunately C-series camera has no speaker thats thwy you cannot hear any sounds when playing a video., You need to download it usign a computer for you to play It and hear the sounds of your video

The Kodak Easyshare software just index the pictures they do not store them at all
you can locate the pictures on the computer by

Click start
then look for search
type in in the search box *jpg
And it will display all the pictures that you have on your computer

To fix the problem regarding the easyshare software try uninstall it from your computer
Then download the clear utility www.kodak.com/go/clear
then download the latest version of the easyshare software www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw

The Kodak EasyShare C613 does not have a mic. It is a camera that does video clips. No sound.

Either get a better camera or make do without.

First of all, you need to be more specific.
If you already downloaded the "KODAK EasyShare Software" then you need to upload your video to it, before you make a video on youtube (one word)

turn on the camera to view photos then plug in the camera and goto my computer look for a extra drive letter don't hit the share button. click on the extra drive letter and look in the folders for you videos. Hope this helps.
