I have an RCA Digital Music Player and I cannot figure how to "unlock" it. It keeps saying "locked" and then "shutting down". Please help. Thanks, Pat G

I'm sorry that the player is displaying Locked and shutting down automatically. Based on the information you have provided, it seems that the issue is either with flash memory or the unit is locked by using the slide lock(hold). If you confirmed that the player is not locked using the slide switch, it should be an issue with the flash memory and it cannot be repaired by an end user. Also it is not worth to repair by sending it to RCA as RCA charges $55+shipping to fix this problem.

Hence according to my openion, it would be good if you go for replacement with a better model. This is in the case of out of warranty product. If the unit is under warranty, please contact RCA to setup a repair for the unit. Please click the following link to get the contact information to reach RCA.

I have a RCA VR5320R digital voice recorder. My voice recordings are stored on the recorder, under folder "A," but when I attach the recorder to my computer, eventhough the device shows up under...

Your best bet is to play the recordings through the headphone connector to a pc audio line-in connector and capture the audio using something like Audacity. Then output them using audacity to mp3 to play on your mp3 player.

These units are notorious for their failing USB feature.

Just connected my 4 yr old Jwin DVD player to a new Samsung HDTV. I am using "red, white yellow" connecting cables for the "audio; video in/out" as my connection. S-Video and Coaxial...

Those RCA jacks you are using might be the problem. Lowest Quality only means your TV is ment to handle 720 to 1080 lines- the RCA cables you are using can only handle up to 500 lines. The likely culprit is the RCA cables are low quality or bent or worn. Get new RCA cables and try again. Just be sure the plugs go all the way into the connectors and the wires are not crushed or chewed on by a pet.

The RCA Lawton turntable probably has no grounding wire. Most receivers require a grounding wire from the turntable to the receiver to operate properly.
