Canon S520 Bubble Jet Printer printing images in shades of green or yellow.

Printer worked fine for 2 years but it's been offline for a full year until now. Bought & installed 4 new ink cartridges, followed installation and print head alignment process and black text prints fine. Problem is color images. Print only greens and sometimes yellows. My first indication that something was wrong was when the print head alignment test page printed only numbers for column C but no boxes. Other columns were fine. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks
