Ahh help! Okay, so I was putting some Fergie songs on my Sansa c140 and all of a sudden it kept saying one error and wouldn't put the songs on, so I unhooked it and hooked it back in, it kept doing it, so I went to see if the songs were on there and it just wasn't showing up, it wouldn't let me see the songs, and it kept freezing when I would try selecting one of the options for the songs, I can only listen to the radio and I have tried formatting it, I have tried hooking it to the computer but it doesn't show up. But the CD I was putting on it skipped....would that have anything to do with it? Please help! I have had it since Christmas and I can't take it back because my mom got it off ebay....Please help! Oh, and also, it said I had over 400 MB left on it, but when I turn it on after the Sansa screen comes up, another screen comes up and it says, No room for DB(which i'm guessing is Data Base) please delete 4.0 MB...but I can't..because it won't because it won't show up when I put it in the computer. =/ Help!!!

Cant see my files.

All I can tell you is to either make sure the files are not hidden. If not what you are going to need to do is reflash your sansa: Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings. http://www.sandisk.com/e200series/fwupgrade

Sansa c140 says it's full but its not

on the left hand side above the word create playlist, you'll see an eighth note next to the word music. click on the arrow next to the word music.click sansa c140 (if u have one) then click the arrow nest to sansa c140 and click on folder. then open it and you'll see a picture that looks like a stack of cds. click on it ONCE then press the delete key. it will delete allyour songs. then go back to the library and download back the songs you want.

MP3 HOW DO I PUT SONGS ON IT

first of all, find yourself a good music download site, limewire.com is excellent. then download all of your favorite songs. go to library click on "explore". when the share folder comes up click on "organize" then "select all". when the little pages turn blue right click one of them and then left click "add to windows media player". the media player will come on playing your first song (normal). click on "sync" then click "sync now playing". you can check progress by going to the media library and clicking on the sansa c140 in the sidebar. hopefully you will be jamming before long. oh! do not unplug your device until it says it's ok on the media player or you click stop sync.;)

My mp3 player wont let me put files on it

I have a quick and painless solution for you.

First open your mp3 player and go to settings. Under the USB menu change it to MSC. Then plug in the mp3 player to the computer. Open the My Computer on your desktop, right click on the Sansa mp3 player and click Format. Make sure Fat32 is checked and Quick format is UNchecked. Then format the mp3 player. After that it should be clean and work just like a USB drive.

Hope this helps!
