Question about Canon L295 Plain Paper Laser Fax
I HAVE A CANON FAX L-295 IN MY OFFICE . ITS WORKING FINE IF IT IS CONNECTED TO A SINGLE MACHINE .BUT I WANT TO CONNECT TO MY NETWORK.FOR ME TO CONNECT THE PRINTER ON THE NETWORK I M USING A PRINT SERVER.BUT WHEN I CONNECT IT TO THE PRINT SERVER ITS NOT PRINTING.ITS NOT GIVING ANY KIND OF A ERROR MESSAGE.NOW IF I USE CANON FAX L-290 ,ITS GIVING ME THE SAME PROBLEM.I HAVE USED DIFFERENT KIND OF PRINTSERVER BUT ITS NOT PRINTING.THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME.
if your os is xp, its very simple to share a printer, go to the printer properties and share the printer, be sure that you log on as a administrator.. then try to find computer name or ip address with priniter sharing and connect it.

open both one-touch speed dialing panels--press DATA REGISTRATION >set> press search buttons to display REPORT SETTING >set> search to OUTPUT YES (This will print a report with every transmission, next option will give you the option of whether to print the first page of the document (yes) to remind you of what it contains)
