Root - No Music

Hope someone can tell me what I am doing wrong.... I have an MPIO FY500. I was able to sync with Windows Media Player no problem. When I tried to add some more music, all the other music ended up erased. Problem being, when you go to My Computer all the music is technically there but when you turn on the player goes directly to the Root file where it says there is no music. HELP.

Where can i send my fy500 to get the battery door fixed?

I've broken 2 battery doors now. It doesn't take much. Got the 1st one replaced under store return policy. Now it's way past the warrantee period.

I've resorted to tape and elastic bands. If you attach the elastics from opposite corner to opposite corner, it works pretty good and still doesn't block the front buttons.

Computer Won't Recognize Device

Try plugging your USB cable (attached to your player) into the computer before you turn the computer on and boot up . . . I had this same problem with a flash drive that the computer would not recognize if I plugged it into the computer while the computer was already on.
