My Toshiba gigabeat s30 won't play videos! Well, that's nto entirely true. It can play music videos no problem. They're about 5 mins long on average. However, it won't seem to play anything that's about 20mins+ long. They have all been converted to .wmv format.
Everytime I try to play one of the 20min+ files, the screen will go blank and then the start menu will show up.
What's wrong with it?
Ok, so some of the 20mins+ files work but the majority of them don't... Why won't it play them??Ok, so some of the 20mins+ files work but the majority of them don't... Why won't it play them??

Hi Gladys M Ortiz Yes you can transfer your music to your toshiba gigabeat. But you will have to convert the format first.,because Itunes uses a ACC format...you will need a WMA or MP3 format to play on your MP3 player. Go to the following webpage and download your FREE format converter. Please take time to rate me Bud http://formatoz.com/
Try using VLC or make sure your video player has required codecs installed. Have you tried other videos ? is it all videos that won't play or just one ?
Hi, the videos may not play if the Adobe Flash Player in the computer may corrupt or not updated to latest version. Please download and install the latest version of the Mozilla Firefox and then download and install the Adobe Flash Player. Please restart the Mozilla Firefox and visit the Youtube. Now the Videos should be playing.
Please search in google as Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Flash Player to get the download link for the Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Flash Player.
Good morning, afternoon, evening or night, whatever time you are viewing this. You are having trouble downloading videos onto your MP3 Player? Well there is a reason for and you probably won't like this... There is no way you can play videos on this MP3 Player. Sansa Clip doesn't support video files, only music files and audio podcasts. Sorry about this, but FixYa encourages you to come visit the website again soon. Again sorry, but I hope you have a good day, evening or night, whatever time you are viewing this solution post.
I left the Gigabeat on until the battery ran out. It then turned itself off automatically and allowed me to re-charge the battery. When I turned the Gigabeat on, it again worked perfectly,
i'm thinking the hard drive is messing up... you know when i dropped my
gigabeat S30 it wasn't working n it was freezing and the video files
weren't playing at all. it would freeze when i turn on or play video.
then i turned it off and then back on using the battery switch. it said
"contact the manufacturer for repair" with a yield sign. i really
thought i killed it...but i still had my hopes high to fix it myself
somehow n i really thought it was from the hard drive. so i took it in
my hand and gave it a shake on my palm. like i actually hit it on my
palm for once n then i turned it on and it worked =D fineee.... i was
so happy n now it still works fine ;)
Ok, so some of the 20mins+ files work but the majority of them don't... Why won't it play them??
