New Bosch front load washing machine instructions inadequate

We are looking for someone who has written a user friendly, complete set of instructions for the Bosch front loading washing machines. Their machines seem good but their instructions do not cover most of the programs provided for washing.

I have a Bosch Exxcel front loading washer dryer and can't remove the detergent drawer to clean it, plus all washing cycles take well in excess of 2 1/2 hours to complete. Annoying

Normal wash loads do not take over one hour, but you have to set them on clean any stain option and it will take 107 minutes to wash.
It sounds to me like your washer needs servicing by a trained Bosch serviceman, because it should not do this.

Looking for instruction manual of washing/drying machine BOsch BOSCH WVF2402GB. At least understand the programs which are just indicated by letters.

Call 1-800 944- 2904 to get Bosch manual from Bosch directly.They might even send you one by e-mail if you ask.

I have have this same problem for 4 years now and engineers always told me it was becuase something may have been caught in the filter yet I clea my filter weekly and use the decaler they sold me on a monthly basis. Appartantly it is to do with the switch ??
