it doesn't support animation screensaver of wallpaper even n70, if you really want that picture to set as wallpaper, go to www.zedge.net, or www23.ownskin.com, from there you can create your personalized themed using your own pictures, including animated gif
may be the animated wallpapers is been infected by virus. I think any Hardware problem of graphic card, graphic card driver, if so then check your graphic card and install graphic card driver.
