Cannot see. having a new logitech quickcam 5000 i downloaded it ok and went to chat to my mate in london, i can see him and hear him but he cannot see me or hear me,because where he should see me on the little screen its blocked out by logitech little man sitting looking at the screen, at the right side of him is a small circle with a red line through it and thats all he can see and no sound. what have i done wrong or is it his side.

You have to set up the camera's audio and video in the I.M programme you use, as the drivers alone only work with the Logitech software. also be aware you have to let other people see that you have a web cam in the settings.
