The iBulldog does not support any DRM protected files or AAC files off iTunes.
What you can do is burn the files on to a CD and then rip them back to your computer.
After that transfer them to the player

it is either one of the removable disks put the songs on to your desktop and drag them into the removable disk file in my computer soon enough you will have songs in you ibulldog.
my ibulldog will not play my songs on it.
my memory is only 16MB
