For a TV set to shut off randomly, it generally means that you have to ask for a technician to check its Power Supply Board.
If you have some knowledge about electronic, just open the TV and check for the PartNumber of the Power Supply of that specific model, and do a proper search on Gloogle_Search_Engine related to the same issue: BOARD NUMBER + ISSUE (stop working, works for a few minutes only... etc.) + SOLUTION.
This will offer a better understanding about the problem, so you may be OK to solved it alone.
Information is for all us to share, and you will surely find some about it. Good luck.
If I am understanding the question, you have low water pressure/volumn when washer is filling? If so, unplug washer. Shut off water at valves. Remove water lines from rear water inlets on washer. Clean debris from screen filters in water inlets or in supply lines. Flush supply lines into bucket. Reconnect water, power, and test.
Blinks 7 times of your unit indicated bad power supply board but since you said that your power supply was now new then kindly try to reconnect all the connectors inside your tv before proceed to the advance process. May I ask if you know how to use a multimeter and soldering?...
Just add a comment for our next movement....I will do my best to help you...Thank you...
"F20" on display (Water Inlet Problem-no water or insufficient water supply)
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle Unplug washer or disconnect power.
Check the following:
Are water faucets completely turned on? Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged? Are water inlet hoses kinked? Are water inlet hoses frozen?also, those flood prevention hoses they sell you don't work well with front load washers
Next, check the input voltage of the power supply using multimeter tester (range in AC).If the power supply don't have input voltage, replace the power cord.
If the power supply board have input voltage, next is check the output voltage of power supply it should have 5vdc for the system board,12vdc for the sounds and 24vdc for the back light inverter.
If you don't have output voltage of the power supply. Please check the fuse if busted and the power transistor if it is shorted, replace it with the same type, ratings and value. Also look for any leak/bulged on the top capacitor.
After you done this steps and you found and replace the defective parts.Plug-in your TV and power it ON to test if it is OK.
The power supply looks like this:
