SOURCE: can't install my sansa e270 driver on vista ultimate

Just to piggyback: on the Sansa website, download the driver for the e200, which is what the e270 is a part of. My e270 works fine on Vista now.

Can not transfer video from my coputer to sandisk e270

You must use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos. If the video is DRM-protected (many of Real's movies are), it may not actually convert. But if the video is DRM-free, then the Sansa Media Converter will perform the conversion and load the video onto the player. The Sansa Media Converter may or may not recognize the Real file format, so you may need to download an additional program such as Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real video to AVI format first - then the Sansa Media Converter will recognize the file.

Sansa e270 ....computer no longer reads content of sansa

Well, the reason you can't see some of the songs is because they are in a hidden folder. To access the hidden folders, you have to go to computer, then folder options, and check unhide hidden files and folders. If you go back to sansa, you should see a light colored folder that is titled music.
