Printer stays in 'warmup cycle and stop' and repeat over and over again

Suddenly stopped working normally. Stuck in warmup cycle. Suggested fault in fuser area. Any ideas.. Sensor, 'flag' stuck. how do I dismantle this machine. I like the printer is just sad its stuck in warm up... thanks
