May be this some conntact in the motherboard or chip heating because in this notebook the cooling system is not so good.
Or, may it be from adapter because in the jack cable when I mesaure the voltage is about 14,2 V approximatly. And I don't understad why is this voltage when mY adapter is 12V. The cable I put it my self becaus the old one is damaged but adapter is the same.

Can you use the keyboard? If you can then the mouse software is damaged. If you cannot use the keyboard then boot to safe mode. If safe mode is frozen then the problem is hardware.

the bulb burnt out on the screen
unfortunately it is cheaper to replace the laptop than the screen

One more thing you could try is taking the battery out for a minute or two, because the Eee uses the atom it has a fairly complex onboard power controller that can overclock / underclock the cpu. Sometimes this gets malfunctions and locks the PC up, the quickest way to fix it is to simply pull the battery for a short while and stick it back in. You may well have already tried this, but it'll be the first port of call.

The issue might be corrupted display drivers, I recommend you to boot the laptop in safe mode by using F8 key and if you are able to get into safe mode, update your display drivers and update BIOS.

SOURCE: My ASUS Eee PC 1005HA
Hi I have almost the same problem as ame_91_ok with my Asus Eee Pc 1005Ha. It suddenly shut down a few days ago and ever since that time it boots the bios screen where you have to press F1 to enter setup or F2 to load with the default settings. If I press F1 I enter the bios setup and if I press F2 it's boots fine after that and it seems to work normally. Still I'd like to know what the problem is and if I can fix it before it might get worse. I don't know anything about bios settings or anything like that so I could really use some expert advise. Already tried updating my bios, I have the latest bios version now but that didn't fix the booting problem.
