Please make sure your video is compatible with your player. Or else you can follow this guide to convert your video to mp4 video, and then use windows media player to transfer the video to your eclipse t2800.

I'm new to this. Where do I find the software folder on Eclipse 2.8V? thanks for your help

This is just a suggestion you might try I have a T2800 player so may be different but the following is what I had to do. Hope it helps you

When you connect the player to your computer, it will act as a removable disk drive. Inside, there is a folder called "Tools & Manual". Open this folder, and then the "Tools" folder.

How to putt vido on it

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer.
