I recently purchased an Oasis He washing machine and since day one an SD error has appeared. I've tried several more loads, not using any soap and it appears every time. I do have a water softener. Also, it's not spinning out the clothes properly. A repairman has been out, and I'm patiently waiting on another new one. My question is, has anyone else experienced this problem?
Cammie, it's probably an isolated problem. If you are not oversudzing then the problem would be in the spin basket binding or not able to nest when the spin is called for. This is not a common problem. It's a good deal that you are having it replaced. Usually I see a lot of these with the famous F51 code, meaning that the motor sensor is sending a false signal to the board. Let us know if your new one has the same problem...Catriver..post back.

Thank you for the response. It will be another week before my (new) replacement is here, but I will let you know.
Hey Catriver,
Good news! I have my new washing machine and know how it is supposed to perform. It's really a wonderful machine, now that I have one that functions properly. Best of all, since I have a water softner, I use 1 Tablespoon of HE Soap. I really think you diagnosed the problem. Thanks for your website.
