Sony w550i turn on all you get is a white screen but nothing else

    whem i turn on my it will be displayed as white screen..

Please chake that when you press the start button, then display comes white with keypad lites and vibration.it would  be display,connectors or hinge flax pro.if not             then flasing the phone for white screen.

When it shows white, can you recieve or make calls? If you can recieve or make calls, that means the fault is from the screen but if you cannot recieve or make call, it means its a software problem (virus).

For screen fault, the screen needs to be replaced.

But for software problem, you need to take the phone to a technician. The technician will use computer to flash the phone for you.

Try taking out the battery and leaving it out overnight then put back in and try to turn on again. If this doesn't help, then your phone's software needs to be flashed.
