sounds like a "performance problem" try pressing and holding the reset button for 3 seconds.
SOURCE: freezer works but fresh food seems warm
If you have frost on the back wall of the freezer compartment you have a defrost problem. When the freezer coil does not defrost the refrigerator does not get air for cooling.

Hi just wondering if you figured out the problem with your Samsung fridge yet.
It is definately a problem with the defrost part of the fridge. After approximately 4 to 10 hours dependent on many different factors it enters into defrost mode to get rid of any excess ice in both the fridge and the freezer. During the defrost stage the compressor will not run. If any fault occurs during the defrost stage the fridge will not restart unless you turn it off and back on again which restes the pcb and takes it out of defrost mode and the timer starts again.
Please let me know how you went with it.

It sounds as though your thermostat is not cycling your compressor off causing it to run until the point of freezing. If you sit and listen, you will hear it hum. If it never stops humming, 9 times out of 10, the power outage shorted your thermostat.
Hello Michael, I appreciate your inquiry!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire refrigerator is dropping the temperature within the fresh food side. The damper is located within the back of the fresh food side and this part will open and close so that the cold air from the freezer will come into the fresh food side. It is possible that this damper can be stuck open or staying open for too long. Do you notice any frost developing within the freezer? If so, please perform a manual defrost on the refrigerator and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least one hour. If there is no frost within the freezer then check to make sure no packages are holding the damper open. You may need to replace the damper or the damper motor and I would recommend having a professional technician out to perform proper replacement repairs. Best of luck! -Matt
Hello - Could it possibly be HI? Typically error code HI indicates that the unit has detected high temperature in freezer. Try setting the unit to a lower setting. Generally the factory setting is 0 for the freezer temperature and 37 for the fresh food temperature.

I forgot to mention that we were awaken to a vibrating noise @ 4am this morning. It was the ice maker trying to make ice & the arm was stuck. Yesterday, we also had a power outage. This morning I had to turn off the breaker again, so that I could remove the ice maker. That was the only way to stop all of the noise. When I turned the fridge back on everything "seemed" fine. That was until my Wife came home from work with the groceries & saw the temp higher on the fridge side & the freezer side flashing. Please help!
