Der Videotyp is not PAL - code 442-E-100

Dear Sir,
I got Panasonic Camcorder SDR-H40 from USA. My laptop is from Europe. When I want to download movies to my laptop using vidoecam suite 1.0, error apears ( code 442-E-100). I would appreciate any help to solve this. Thanx.

Videotyp is not PAL - code 442-E-100 problem, and notify you when a new solution is offered.

Install the software in ntsc mode...it was my solution
