When i play it show no data

Possible that the format is not recognized as the format required for the player or the files are corrupt and the player does not recognize them.
Connect player to a PC and check the properties, if not copy them format and reload with the correct type- after conversion.

File format error - Transcend T.sonic 610(1gb)

I had the same problem. I had formatted the player's drive using Windows explorer and the got this error: "File Format error" while trying to play any mp3 file.
I went to the command prompt. Deleted all files:
E:\> del *
Then I copied the MP3 files again in the T.sonic MP3 player. All MP3 files played fine after this.

DISK ERROR WHEN I TRY TO USE MP3

I had the same issue and just connected the device to my computer USB connection and performed a quick format on the drive and it now works. You will be warned that reformatting the drive will erase all the data, which will happen. But you can simply reload your music and be back in business... Rod
