You should have a high limit switch possible on the bloiwer compartment may be man reset or just bad you do not say how old unit is I would temp jump out high limit to test operation then replace asap

If the fuse is blowing and reblowing after new fuse, measn that you have some short circuit in your system. I suggest check wire connections and device components to secure that problem.
