Prints come out grey with toner

That is cause the paper feeder is not working properly. It could cause the roller that feed the paper wear out or a bad tray release selenoid

Dear you printer paper pickup sensor stuck,please removed all papers in tray and manual feed after that restart the printer,also clear the paper path,hope you understand.

Your corona wire needs cleaned. Be gentle with it ... use a que tip. Make sure the entire paper path is clean up to and including the fuser.

Sounds like something is either wrong with the rollers, something is stuck in there or you are using the wrong type of paper.

I suggest you take a peek inside there and see if there is anything noticeably wrong inside. If not then look up what type of paper it needs.

Always try to remove a paper jam without tearing the paper.
If torn, make sure no scraps of it are missing.
Lokk for any tiny scraps, esp stuck on paper path sensor.

some machines have a setting on the tray as well as in the menu. I would check both.
