The snapon connector of the bassinet to the base frame was broken and we are trying to locate a place to have it fixed. Since we bought the stroller online, we are not sure where should we contact. I tried to contact Bugaboo directly but they said they don't offer repair, they suggest to contact retailer but Bugaboo said retailer doesn't offer repair either, they can only order parts for me. So, I'm stuck in where should I turn to. I read a posting here stating retialer WILL do the repair and offer a loaner as well, can you tell me where is that retailer? Thank you so much! My wife was so mad of the the stroller being broken.
You may try and approach some hardware shop who deals with these kind of equipment in your nearest market place for assistance. If you are luck enough you may find a service engineer at the store to assist you.

The chassis must be fully opened out and the handle locked in position before the seat / bassinet frame can lock down on to it. The seat / bassinet frame is the safety lock keeping the frame ridged. You should see a square hole (made by two half squares from adjoining hub disks) at the top of the chassis hub assembly when fully open. A square pin under the seat frame must engage into it and the white release button must click. Your Bugaboo will not br safe unless this happens and you should contact the seller to help.
No sorry. They are different sizes. The Cameleon set is the bigger so it could possibly be worked on to fit if someone was giving it to you but it would not be the best solution. Just find a Frog set on eBay.
Push in the two large white square buttons, you need to push both in together towards the middle of the stroller and one side has an extra release button as well, then lift the whole seat or bassinet frame up off the base.
You can get a manual online from bugaboo. You need to remove the velco strap off the carrycot frame than fit the seat fabric onto the frame it's not too difficult. it you need more help contact me on www.buggypitstop.co.uk
