Some questions first: Is this the same board mentioned in your other post? If so how did you decide that you have a short on your motherboard?

Turn key off and removed. Power stays on radio ,heater.

Hello? It sems that the wiring is not done properly. Make sure that the radio wiring is done correctly. We have 3 wires that are very important when it comes to radio wiring. We have vcc,acc and ground. Vcc has to connect to battery direct, this helps keep radio memory on all the time. acc goes to acc and this switches radio on and off when you turn the key. Ground goes to earth. The wiring harness color code depends on different radio makes and car makes as well but a professional should help you with this.

Power seat has lost power, right side power windows lost power. Can not find the fuse or relay.

there is a bulletin at gm site in regard to this problem. check the wiring near the parking brake ratchet teeth for damage, also check under the drivers seat where the seat bottoms out wiring could be pinched there or the drivers side door sill.
The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
<A href="http://service.gm.com/servlets/BlobShtml?ShtmlFile=1734688&psdid=1058&evc=sm#ss1-1734688">Condition/Concern:

There have been reports of either the MBEC 1 or LBEC 1 maxi fuse blown intermittently and unable to locate a short to ground.
<A href="http://service.gm.com/servlets/BlobShtml?ShtmlFile=1734688&psdid=1058&evc=sm#ss2-1734688">Recommendation/Instructions:

If after normal diagnostics no shorts can be found the below items have been reported:
  1. <LI type=1>"MBEC 1" Maxi Fuse 50 Amp (SI Documenticon1.png ID # 1242532). If no shorts are located on circuit 642, inspect circuits 1340 after the "Rt Door" circuit breaker 25 amp and circuit 1440 after the "Seat" circuit breaker 30 Amp (SI Document ID # 1242687).
    • Inspect circuit 1340 shorted to ground near the right I/P support bracket.
    • Inspect circuit 1340 or 1440 shorted to ground on the support bracket for the I/P relay block.
    • Inspect circuit 1440 shorted to ground under or in either front seat.
    • Inspect circuit 1440 shorted to ground near the parking brake pedal assembly. The short may only occur if the parking brake pedal is depressed.
  2. "LBEC 1" Maxi Fuse 50 AMP (SI Document ID # 1242532).- If no shorts are located on circuit 42 inspect circuit 1240 after the "Lt Door" circuit breakericon1.png 25 amp (SI Document ID # 1242687).
    - Inspect circuit 1240 shorted to ground near the parking brake pedal assembly. The short may only occur if the parking brake pedal is depressed.
Note: Replacement of the circuit breaker is needed if a short to ground is found on circuit 3, 1240, 1340, or 1440.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.

Horizontal ine in CRT tv

Failure of the horzontal linerity coil, possible dry soldering on the board of the components- resistors and capcitors- in the horizontal coil circuit . Also failure of the deflection coil- YOKE- in the crt. So check the coils and the circuit around this section as the rest of circuit seems OK.

Code po741 on a cadillac deville dhs 2001

P0741 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off

Your car actually has a viscous converter clutch inside the torque converter instead of a (mechanical) torque converter clutch to lock up the torque converter for fuel economy improvement. You will see it referred to as the VCC and/or TCC.....

The TCC/VCC has a variety of components in the system including an electrical circuit supplying the transmission, the apply solenoid inside the trans, the torque converter itself, the PCM that controls the apply, etc. It is impossible to diagnose from afar. Unlikely that it is a "sensor" inside the trans as the PCM controls the VCC apply and uses engine and trans data that it receives from a variety of sources. If a "sensor" had failed the trouble code for that sensor would be setting......

Something as simple as the brake switch can cause the VCC to not apply correctly. There is a safety switch on the brake pedal that activates the brake lights and disconnects the VCC circuit. If it is misadjusted then the trans cannot apply the VCC. Lots of other trouble shooting items on the VCC system. If you don't have a service manual and cannot trouble shoot the system, I would recommend a Cadillac dealer as they have the trouble shooting information for the specific VCC that the Cadillac 4T80E trans has that a trans shop is simply not familiar with. No sense working on the trans until you actually know what is wrong.
