Hi,
I am also a user of SanDisk. They will not give any CD with it. Try using below steps to download the music.

Well, the songs probably aren't in the right format. In order for you to see/hear your songs, you need to doanload a media converter. Check what kind of file the songs need to be(MP3, WAV, AVI, etc.) then you can go to Download.com and download format factory. It's really easy to use, and it's free! That is exactly what was happening with mine.
hey smart ones(sarcasm) why dont u just buy the Sansa e250v2
its pretty much the same thing, just without rhapsody, thats how me and my friends are, i bought the one with rhapsody features(Sansa e250R) so i can play the songs that i bought and get free music channels for it, where my friend on the other hand has the Sansa e250v2 without rhapsody, u can still use rhapsody but u cant get free music channels for it, or u could also download best buy music manager or rhapsody and set up a free 31-day account for it to stop saying that for a while, plus if u got ur Sansa e250R from Best Buy, they can replace it, or trade u the sansa that u have with the rhapsody-free one(without rhapsody)
the sansa e250 will play wma files, as per Sandisk. The problem is you bought them from a download service so there DRM protected. The easiest way I found to remove them is to use tunebite . Cost is about $30 or you can find it on P2P sites or newgroups.
The down side is it takes about 14 hours to convert 5 gigs worth of music. But you can then play it on anything.
TIP: convert the files to mp3 not wma so they can be used on practically any player
Princess, you can remove the songs by going to "my computer" then open the sansa drive and delete files you don't want.
If this doesn't work format it by right clicking on the sansa icon and then pick Format.
Good luck. Let me know if it helped (and please rate this).
Best,
D.
