As you stated, sharing your Outlook Personal Folders file (.PST) is not supported by Microsoft.
However, there are other companies that make products that support sharing your PST.
Here is one:

BTW: http://www.slipstick.com/index.htm is a great resource for finding Exchange/Outlook solutions.

Before experimenting I highly recommend that you close Outlook and make a copy of your .PST just in case you encounter problems.

I hope this helps.

I want to delete a user on my zire31 pda

You should be able to hard reset the palm and erase all data. There should be a rest pin hole on the back, hold it and press the power button. All internal memory will be erased.

Outlook calendar will not synch to handheld

Here are two resource pages which hopefully will help. The first is Palm support page with an update to download for users of Outlook 2003. The second is a discussion thread of Treo users troubleshooting the same problem. Even if the PDA is different, the issue (and error code) is practically the same, Rather than cut and paste what I think is relevant, read the thread and see if one of the solutions listed helps you.

Email forwarding

You can only sync your inbox through Activesync with Outlook not Outlook express. There is a full version of Outlook on the CD that came with the Axim. You should be able to move your data from OE into Outlook.

Sync problem

I assume you use activesync. Check in the options that it is set to synchronise this data. if you have already done this try reinstalling activesync or installing the newest version, 4.0.

Sync Doubling Calendar & Contacts in Outlook 2002

your t5 is UNSTABLE possibly due syncing to an old username from an old PDA. To correct this: -delete manually the doubles (PDS has a tool but none for outlook) -perform hard reset on your t5 -hotsync - creating a new user name (do not use the old one) -you will be asked to use the same profile name for the outlook Then you should be good to go.

How do I coordinate different user profiles on 2 pcs?

You will have to keep the profiles the same. In Palm Desktop, under Tools/Users, you will need to reset the name on both of the computers to match the name used on the PDA.

When you start syncing to two computers, the Windows conduit will start to complain. Just tell it that you know, and clean up the mess by yourself.

Which is only one of the reasons I don't use Outlook at home. Palm Desktop can remove the errors created by Outlook, but Outlook can't.
